What happens if one of my employees forgets their password?
As with other TransLoc products, administrators have the ability to update any user accounts that belong to their agency. Administrators do not have the ability to update rider accounts.
- As an administrator, click on the Navigate to Resources, and then the Users link from the OnDemand Dashboard.
- Within the list of users, click the three dots select Edit next to the user whose password you wish to change.
- Enter the new password into the password field, and confirm the password in the repeat password field.
- Click the Submit button to confirm and save your changes.
- Contact the user and inform them of their new password.
